This year’s convention will be held in Richardson, Texas, at the Holiday Inn Richardson. The hotel is conveniently located just off Highway 75 in North Dallas.

Reservations

We’ve managed to secure a convention rate of $96 per night (plus tax) for a single King or double Queen room. To make your reservation, click on this link or call the hotel directly at (737) 304-0630 and use booking code 061726NMR. The rate is good for any night starting Wednesday June 17 through Sunday night, June 21, 2026. You will not be charged for your stay until you arrive, and you can cancel without a fee up until the first day of your stay (see hotel for details).

You must make your reservations by April 30, 2026 to receive this rate, so don’t delay!
